Request for Proposal
Hort Innovation is seeking a suitably qualified, experienced and capable delivery partner for the project: Mushroom industry crisis and reputation risk management (MU25007).
The overall objective of the services is to develop the capability of the Australian Mushroom industry to prepare for and manage crises and mitigate risks. This will involve maintaining the industry’s crisis and risk management framework; scanning for risks, updating the crisis and risk management plan as required, and supporting key stakeholders with routine training and specific guidance in the event of a recall or crisis.
Hort Innovation has prepared a Request for Proposal (RFP) document that provides background information, outlines the scope of services, the procurement process and the information required from interested parties.
